What Espen does

Espen runs the recurring operations checklist you'd otherwise grind through by hand every week — closing out the books in your spreadsheet ledger, rotating credentials in 1Password, archiving old Slack threads, kicking off backups, and refreshing the dashboards your team checks on Monday. Instead of stitching together brittle API scripts, he drives the actual desktop apps the way a person would, so the routine works across tools that were never built to talk to each other. You define the playbook once — the order of steps, which accounts to touch, what "done" looks like — and Espen works through it the same way each run, pulling from email and your connected workspace where a step needs them.

Everything runs on your machine against the apps and accounts you've authorized; your files and credentials aren't shipped off to a third-party automation service. Because some of these steps are irreversible — rotating a live key, clearing a channel, overwriting a backup — keep a human checkpoint on the sensitive ones rather than letting the whole run go fully unattended.
