Magnus works the top of your pipeline. He researches a prospect from search and your lead data — who they are, what their company just did, why they'd care — and uses that to write cold emails that read like you actually looked them up, not a mail merge. He then syncs the sequence into your connected HubSpot so every contact, note, and step lands where your team already works.

Nothing goes out on its own: Magnus drafts and queues each send for you to read, edit, and approve before it leaves. His research runs from search results and the lead lists you give him, and your CRM stays your own — he writes into the HubSpot account you authorize rather than shipping your prospect data off to a separate outreach tool. What you get is a warm-start outbound sequence ready for your sign-off.
