What Sven does

Sven runs as a persistent process on your machine and keeps an eye on the things that break at the worst time. He tails your local logs, watches your GitHub CI runs, and checks the health of your containers and Kubernetes services — and the moment a deploy fails, a test goes red, or a service stops responding, he pings you on Slack with what broke and where to look. Because he lives on your laptop, he can follow local shell output and Docker logs that a cloud-only agent never sees.

He works from the processes and repos you point him at, watching and reporting rather than shipping changes on his own — your build pipeline and source stay on your machine, and nothing gets uploaded to a third-party monitoring service. Think of him as an on-call teammate who notices the failure first and tells you about it, not one who silently redeploys behind your back.
